Our "Talk About it Tuesday" has evolved!!! Sickle Cell Association of Houston's Signature Support Group Series has become one of the most popular ways of engagement and interactions that individuals look forward to; both young and seasoned. These moments allow the community to come together as Warriors and Caregivers to discuss solutions to challenges, find out about latest information, treatments, and trials.

Since 2019, we are proud to be Texas' only Sickle Cell policy advocacy organization to ensure the best possible care for those living with this rare and complex blood disorder. We strive to create an environment of compassion through education for those affected, and to ensure that they are provided with the resources they need to live a full and healthy life.

We believe that knowledge is power and that's why we are bringing back our live annual Sickle Cell Symposium. This is a great way to learn more about the disease, how to cope with it, and latest treatments, and clinical trials. We also offer a host of additional educational workshops and an invite only Stakeholder Summit to help bring everyone together to discuss ways to raise awareness and advocate for those affected.
